It is recommended to bring one small pharmacy kit including one pomade to cure sun burns, bandages, an antiseptic and an insect repellent lotion.
BIVOUACS AND LODGING
two lodging nights are planned for the day 1 of your arrival at Hisaronü and day 7 before your departure in hotel or local pension

A substantial breakfast prepared on bivouac by guide (coffee, tea, cereals, eggs, fruit juice), snack or light meal for lunch, dinner made with local products (grilled meats and fishes, “boulgour”)

PERSONAL EQUIPMENT
A pair of shoes for sailing (used tennis shoes or neoprene shoes), a long tee-shirt to protect yourself from sun (take a stretch tee shirt rather than a cotton one), a cap, sunglasses, a strong waterproof sun lotion.
For nights bivouacking : one light sleeping bag , two or three tee-shirts, a pair of shoes for bivouac, a sweat shirt in night, a small toilet-case, an electric flash-lamp, and also a matress (Karemat style) for better comfort on the trampoline.
All personal equipment is stocked on security boat (no worry for camera , mobile )
