Located on the small island of Sakatia, called "Orchids island", your hotel is in front of a transparent calm sea (with amazing surprise under the sea) with coconut tree everywhere on the white sand.
 
Sakatia island is just 800 meters far from Nosy Bee. Transfer between the island and Nosy Bé (10 minutes maximum) are permanent, unlimited (night and day) and free for the hotel' s custommer.
 
Taxi service is avalaible all the time for the hotel's custommer.

YOUR HOTEL : Sakatia Passion**
 
12 bungalows with fan (4 with AC) with private terrace. Bathroom with hot water and individual toilet are present in all of them.
Through the coconut tree, all bungalows saw on sea.
It is possible to ask for one more bed, its on demand. Beds all have mosquitos net.
Laundry service and children's day nursery are on demand.

EXCURSIONS

 

- NOSY KOMBA / TANIKELY (1 day) :
Start at 8am in Sakatia : taxi to the city and then collective boat (both included) in order to visit Nosy Komba " Lemuridae Island".
Walk before the malagasie lunch (shellfish) on the Nosy Tanikely island,
natural reserve under the sea. Return at 5pm. 
 
 
 
 
- NOSY FANIHY :
Virgin island with huge bats you can see fly against the light.
Amazing color of the sea between emerald green and deep blue. It maches perfectly with the white sand and colorfull coral.
 
Wonderful day, alone and insulated on the white beach full of seashells.
Perfect to swim and to practice snorkeling.
Lunch is organised on grill.
 
 
- RESERVE OF LOKOBE :
Visit of a primary forest (more than 1 000 years) with an extraordinary fauna and flora, which is impossible to find in an other place.
Guided tour with "Jean Robert" who know by heart the forest and its inhabitants.
Day start at 8.30 am and include the crossing in pirogue in order to go back to the site where a succulent typical malagasie lunch is waiting for you at the village.
Return around 7pm.
 
 
    
 
- TOUR OF NOSY BE :
Start at 8.30 am by car to visit Nosy Bé : planting of sugar canes, Ylang-Ylang distillery (the name come from the famous perfume fixer), the holy tree and its mystery... and maybe, the guide tour of the sugar refinery with the rhum distillery.
 
Lunch in a typical malagasie restaurant (grilled crayfishes) and discovery of the sunset of legend on Sakatia Island from the top of Mount Passot.
Return around 6.30pm (after the sunset)

- HIKING IN SAKATIA :
Hiking, during half a day in Sakatia island on footpath.
Discovery of bananas typical planting, pineapple, coconut, cashew, vanilla, ylang-ylang, pepper, green limon, orange,tangerine, depends of the saison.
 
Crossing fisherman village with warm-hearted reception.

- VISIT OF HELL-CITY AND ITS STEPS
Half day or full day : visit of the spices and vegetable market , discovery of the embroidered tablecloths market, souvenir shops, the harbour and its animation and all the small malagasie bars with natural juice and local beers THB.
 
If you have the time, you will enjoy the relics of the indian village, where civilisation stats in Nosy-Bé.
